Reserve your Winter Tuning or Winter Rebuild Bundle with a $100 deposit, which will be applied to your final work order.
Bundles include pickup, storage and delivery. After we receive your deposit, we will reach out within one business day to schedule your pick-up window.
Once your recumbent is in our shop, we’ll inspect it and prepare a complete quote. Your final total will include:
Your selected Winter Service Bundle
Any needed parts, add-ons, upgrades, or accessories
Any additional labor you request that is not included in the bundle
Applicable sales tax
Nothing beyond the selected bundle will be performed without your approval.
After you approve the quote, we’ll send you a secure payment link for an additional payment that brings your total deposit to 50% of the approved estimate. This helps cover scheduled labor and any special-order parts needed for your trike. You may also call us if you prefer to provide payment by phone.
Some high-value specialty parts or systems—such as complete electric-assist conversion kits, specialty hubs or drivetrains, and similar special-order components—may require full prepayment before we place the order.
The remaining balance is due when due when service is complete, before we schedule return delivery.
