With easy over-the-rack mounting with simple cinch straps and Hook & Loop, it easily mounts to any bicycle with a rear bike rack. It can also be carried as a briefcase when off the bike. Each set has two large storage compartments big enough for grocery runs, commuting, or a family outing.
