BICYLE SERVICES AND REPAIRS
We request that you make an appointment before bringing your bike for all services, except a simple flat repair on a non-electric bike.
Drop off your bike at the time of the appointment and we'll aim to have it returned to you within a 3-7. (Turnaround times may be longer during peak season.)
All services booked online require a deposit, which will be applied in full to your repair. For a detailed description of all services please visit our Service Page.

NEW BICYCLE TEST RIDES & CONSULTATIONS
We’re open for walk-in browsing during regular hours. However, if you’re serious about purchasing a new bicycle, or have lots of questions, we encourage you to set up an appointment to receive our undivided attention.
Appointments are strongly recommended for specialty bicycles such as Brompton folding bikes, cargo bikes, electric bikes and recumbents, customized bike builds.
Basic Consult: 20 min FREE! Includes general information about the product(s) of interest, overview of features and options, a brief test ride and explanation of fitting and customization options.
Premium Consult: up to 1 hr $100 (fully applicable to future purchase). Includes a detailed product presentation, comparison test rides and instruction (if needed), in-depth discussion of sizing and customization, and a detailed quote, if requested.
